Wellness brand Innermost are hosting a FREE webinar on Demystifying Diets where they will be discussing diets that work (and those that don’t), the differences between the most popular ones, which are worth considering, and how to get started in a healthy way with practical tips and tricks.
Innermost will be joined by leading nutritionists Kim Pearson, Drew Price, and Becs Sandwith who’ll be sharing their wealth of knowledge and answering all your questions around diets and dieting.

Drew Price BSc MSc has worked in elite sport, with private clients, in corporate health, and in the nutrition industry in areas such as new product development. He regularly delivers seminars on a variety of diet and nutrition related topics, and lectures on nutrition at University. Drew is also a published author, and contributes to national newspapers and magazines including Men’s Health and Women’s Health. Currently Drew is a Doctoral Researcher at the Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition, studying the effects of dietary protein on cardiometabolic health.
Becs Sandwith BSc MSc ANutr is an AfN registered associate nutritionist (BSc & MSc), as well as a qualified personal trainer and CrossFit coach. An Innermost ambassador, Becs’ expertise spans across delivering expert nutrition consultations, and bespoke coaching and personal training, helping people to transform their lives in a healthy, sustainable and enjoyable way.
Kim Pearson has worked in the field of nutrition and health for over 15 years and is a weight-loss specialist. Kim is a regular contributor to magazines, newspapers and medical journals, and has appeared on national television and radio. Kim is passionate about educating and inspiring people to improve their health and achieve their ideal weight through good nutrition.
