What to expect in a Boxcon class?

12x3minute rounds under the watchful eye of not one but TWO specialist coaches, guaranteed that you‘ll burn fat, boost your fitness and have an incredible time.

Your boxing coach will take you through boxing drills, bag work and pads while your strength and conditioning coach will get you fighting fit with the ultimate circuit session.

Expect big tunes, heavy bags, lots of sweat and a high paced, high octane group experience.
