Strength and Conditioning Workshop at Sweat It

For those looking to make a strong start to 2020, Sweat It will be hosting a 70 minute Strength & Conditioning 101 Workshop. You will walk away educated and sore, covering the correct techniques to give you the tekkers you need to blast any workout, from deadlifts to push ups. Put your newly learnt skills to the test with a finishing 30 minute strength and conditioning workout. Suitable for all levels, with a maximum class capacity of 18 people.
