MOVE with Naturally Sassy
9:30 – 10:15

With a 45-minute Ballet Blast session lead by Sassy Gregson-Williams founder of Naturally Sassy. Drawn from 10 years of professional dance training, Ballet Blast fuses ballet with HIIT training – a series of short, intense movements that will get your heart rate up and work the muscles in new and exciting ways.

 

UNWIND with Annie Clarke
10:30 – 11:15

Yoga instructor Annie Clarke from Mind Body Bowl will guide a 45-minute yoga class, allowing you to strengthen and lengthen your way to a loosened body. The class will follow a yin practice, helping to heal and nourish our often desk-bound bodies.

 

CALM with Jess Love Meditation
11:30 – 12:00

Vedic meditation coach Jess Cook will lead a 30-minute guided meditation session so you can sit comfortably on our cosy cushions and embrace the art of meditation. Learn how to breathe in a quieted mind and learn to experience life in a more accepting, loving and adapting way.

 

NOURISH with Deliciously Ella
12:00 – 1:00

We’re delighted to have Deliciously Ella Delis catering on the day. As a leader in the health food world, Ella and her team are constantly creating delicious food and making vegetables cool!

Over lunch, you can hear from Hip & Healthy founder Sadie Reid, nutritionist Angelique Panagos and the amazing instructors who will share their perspectives on and journeys to wellness, from food to exercise.
