From the underfloor heating to the lavender parcels handed out to refresh tired eyes, every little detail has been covered at this gorgeous little studio. Their dynamic flow classes will allow you to deepen and strengthen your practice through breath led and mindful movement. These classes are open to all levels but they also offer specific classes for mums to be and beginners.

These gentle flow classes focus on areas such as the shoulders, back and hips as well as improving posture and flexibility.
