Feeling in a bit of a yoga rut? We have listed our favourite classes in London to reboot and reignite your passion for flowing!

Glow Yoga at Good Vibes
Reignite your inner glow Good Vibes based in Covent Garden and Fitzrovia. Their studios are fitted with SAD lights that boost collagen levels and provide your daily dose of Vitamin D and are warmed to allow your body to open up and release safely. Glow Yoga is an inclusive space with classes for all ranges of ability; beginners should try the Foundation Classes which allow you to get to know the ‘bread and butter’ of each pose at your own pace. Their teachers are all totally clued up on the latest anatomy and movement and believe that the question ‘how do I feel?’ is always more important than ‘how do I look?’, and we couldn’t agree more! And if that wasn’t enough to tempt you, try your first class for £5!

Located smack bang in the centre of Hackney, this intimate studio is the perfect refuge from your busy London life and is sure to get rid of your yoga rut. Enter the light-filled studio and enjoy a range of classes and workshops with their lovely teachers that aim to align your body and mind. From the underfloor heating to the lavender parcels handed out to refresh tired eyes, every little detail has been covered at this gorgeous little studio. Their dynamic flow classes will allow you to deepen and strengthen your practice through breath led and mindful movement. These classes are open to all levels but they also offer specific classes for mums to be and beginners.

Move Your Frame have started a series of classes aimed specifically at releasing the tension built whilst sitting at your desk all day. These gentle flow classes focus on areas such as the shoulders, back and hips as well as improving posture and flexibility. Their energising classes are the perfect way to de-stress at lunchtime and blow away that brain fog.

Aerial Yoga at Floating Fitness
Why not take your practice to the next level? …Even into mid-air! Aerial Yoga has been proven to have many health and fitness benefits such as improving core strength, alignment and flexibility as well as increasing blood circulation. Using the Yoga Hammock, these classes will allow you to become more in tune with your body as you practice your postures off the ground and allow your muscles to completely relax. Anyone who suffers from lower back pain, neck pain or scoliosis can see amazing benefits from the zero compression inversions which work to create space between the vertebrae – you may even gain up to 1.5 inches!

Movement for Modern Life Online Studio
Don’t have time to get to the studio? This online platform allows you to enjoy classes from some of London’s most popular teachers from the comfort of your own living room, you don’t even need to get out of your PJs – bonus! We love the way you can choose your class based on your current state of mind, for example, ‘Move from heartbreak’ or ‘Morning energiser’, which makes the experience much more personalised to your needs. Apprehensive about Yoga online? Don’t worry, the site is clear and easy to use, so you don’t need to be super tech savvy for this one – just open your laptop or phone and go!
