The Healthiest Indian in Town just got healthier. We are already big fans of the Indian restaurant in Chelsea, formally known as The Painted Heron that recently just took a slightly new direction with new Chef Yogesh Datta at the helm now under the new name TPH of Chelsea. Plant-based dishes take centre stage, with tons of delicious options for both vegans and vegetarians. Where there is meat you can relax knowing it has been responsibly sourced all from ethically run farms and all seafood is completely sustainable. Datta has also completely removed all dairy products from the menu ensuring his dishes are lighter and cater to a multitude of food preferences.

On Saturday 7th April TPH is due to host its first ever pop-up wellness class. Nutritionist, Lifestyle Coach and Personal Trainer, Ondrej Matej, will run the session comprising of meditation, breathing relaxation techniques and stress release exercises in the pretty garden of the restaurant.

The Ayurvedic menu will include Plantain Kofta Curry, Fine Beans with Split Yellow Peas and Coconut, Pureed Spinach with High Protein Black Chickpeas and Spicy Lotus Root with Spinach Curry.

Tickets for TPH of Chelsea’s Wellness Brunch are priced at £19
