ROKA’s decision to create a Vegan Tasting Menu this year was cemented following the record-breaking Veganuary this year. With 7% of the British population now following a Vegan diet, ROKA is responding to customers’ needs by creating its first ever all Vegan Tasting Menu, which is also gluten-free! ROKA was eager to be able to accommodate the life choices of their guests as much as possible and hope to encourage those previously unable to sample the typical fish or meat orientated sushi and robata dishes to be able to enjoy the chef’s expertly created dishes.

Offering Japenese-inspired cuisine in a relaxed setting, the new tasting menu goes above and beyond to ensure that flavour remains at the forefront of the well-loved ROKA dining experience. ROKA’s take on all things green has allowed the chefs to experiment with different flavours and textures, whilst staying true to their nature of serving dishes that taste incredible and are visually stunning.

A myriad of diverse Vegan starters, mains and desserts will be available such as grilled tofu and shiitake mushrooms; rice toban with Japanese mushrooms; mountain vegetables and shaved truffle and peanut, vanilla and chocolate sundae with poki sticks and banana tempura. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or just love discovering new food, ROKA has something for you.

The new Vegan Tasting Menu will be available at each of its four London outposts: Charlotte Street, Aldwych, Mayfair and Canary Wharf. Guests can opt for an all-vegan tasting menu, costing £60, or choose options from the a la carte menu.
