If you don’t know who Julie Montagu is then to sum up in one sentence, she is queen of yoga! One of London’s top yoga instructors, she is also the founder of ‘The Flexi Foodie’, a certified nutritionist, a respected holistic health counsellor AND a book author! She’s basically our hero. Her teaching focuses on the idea that strength comes from within and that we all have the power to change how we feel by nourishing our bodies with nutritious food, building strength and opening ourselves up through the practice of yoga. Julie draws on her own past experiences as a young woman, living off junk food and feeling low on energy and generally unwell, to help encourage others to implement better nutrition and movement, just as she did to change her life.

We are very excited to announce that Julie will be hosting a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training programme in 2018 with Yoga Alliance. The training will be grounded in the traditional teachings of yoga, covering a wide variety of topics, including postures, intentions, chakras, self care through yoga, nutrition to mention but a few, with an additional emphasis on how to implement these teachings into the fast pace of modern life.

This program is perfect for anyone who wants to develop their yoga practice, yoga knowledge and work on self reflection and self care. You will leave with tools to use on and off the mat whether you plan to teach yoga or simply further your self-practice and personal growth. The program will be split into two modules, taught over the course of 6 months and will include teaching from world-class experts in anatomy, eastern philosophy, mindfulness, meditation and sequencing.

If you would like to apply all you need to do is fill out the application form that is available online here. The deadline for applications is 27th November, however there are only 25 spaces available so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment!
