Lululemon Sweatlife festival is back! The Sweatlife festival will be taking over the Tobacco Dock in East London over the 23-24th of June 2018. The festival will consist of two days of stretchy, sweaty and thought-provoking fun. For 48 hours, Sweatlife will offer Londoner’s the best workouts that this city has to offer, yoga with both global and locally renowned teachers as well as inspiring panels with thought leaders from the wellness and fitness community. In addition, Lululemon has designed exclusive Sweatlife prints for the sweaty weekend which will be sold at the festival.

One thing we love about Sweatlife is that it caters for all fitness levels, from beginners to fitness fanatics. There are four different types of activities available, ranging from Studio Classes, Sweat Classes, Yoga Classes and Talks.

Studio Classes will include full work out classes with some of the best boutique fitness studios. Studios include, ‘Om the Move’ meditation bus, 3 Aces, Barry’s Bootcamp, Breathe Studios, Frame, Go Run Right, Heartcore, Kobox, Lift the Movement, My Pilates x Bandforce, Psycle London, Rowing WOD, The Foundry, UN1T London and Xtend Barre.

Sweat Classes will include workshops and workouts with top trainers and yoga Classes will be led through dynamic practices lead by Lululemon ambassadors.

The talks will feature expects covering fitness, wellness and nutrition topics. Speakers include (to name a few), Lauren Armes, Annie Clarke, James Collins, Roger Frampton, Amy Hopkinson, Chevy Rough, Jody Shield and Michael Townsend Williams.

All tickets include full access to Sweatlife as well as 1 Studio class, 1 Sweat class and unlimited yoga and talks. The Essentials pass in addition to the aforementioned, also includes an exclusive Sweatlife product, a Lululemon water bottle and a Neat Nutrition smoothie.
