February 2018 sees the arrival of London’s first eco-wellness destination, Re:Mind Studio. Co-founded by Carla von Anhalt and Yulia Kovaleva, Re: Mind Studio is a drop-in meditation studio and an eco-lifestyle store that launched on 19th February 2018.

With the pressures of modern life higher than ever, and reports of stress and anxiety consistently on the up, the modern population is seeking a more purpose-led approach to life, in response to both internal and external stresses. Re: Mind Studio follows a holistic path to wellbeing that satisfies the present-day thirst for meaning, encouraging personal rituals that create time and space for reconnecting with people, nature and the self.

Whilst the majority of London meditation classes present a continual commitment structure, Re: Mind Studio is filling the London gap for easy access, drop-in meditation classes, offering four class types, with accessible pricing beginning at £10 and unlimited membership at £70.

Re:Store – a deeply relaxing experience where participants will be guided through breathing exercises, gentle restorative poses and a meditation.

Re:Spire – an energising class that focuses on awareness of the breath, bringing participants into the present moment.

Re:Aim – focuses on good intentions, from healthy eating to spreading kindness.

Re:Tune – charms the mind with the sound of a mantra – a truly effortless meditation experience.

The studio will also provide a quiet, zen space for regular meditators to use for their own practice. Additional services will also include sound baths, workshops, lectures and community events.

A sustainable brand and vision, Carla and Yulia are committed to making the physical space of the studio as environmentally friendly as possible. With a dedicated zero-waste policy, Re: Mind Studio will work with committed brands and individuals to achieve these standards.
