Welcome to Otra Ola!
We are a casual, relaxed surf, spanish and yoga school for locals and travelers interested in getting closer to the authentic way of life in Ecuador. We offer the opportunity to learn Spanish on line and in person, practice Yoga and take Surf classes here in Ayampe, Ecuador, an idyllic setting that both enjoys and respects the vast ocean and the lush environment here in the southern coastal area of Ecuador.
We have highly trained surf coaches on staff to teach you the ins and outs of surfing or to guide you to some of the more remote surf spots.
Our beautiful bamboo yoga studio is a blissful space for our daily Yoga classes, that will strengthen both your body and mind!
Our highly skilled local spanish teachers are ready to help you improve your language skills during spanish class no matter what level you may be at.

Offering a wide variety of homemade healthy snacks, treats and organic coffee to keep you energized throughout your day.
